I didn't really keep track of what I did to get the finished look, so I'm sorry I am not sharing my steps. I kind of winged it.

Ohh! I love your ferris wheel edit! I missed our state fair this year, and the ONE thing I wanted to photograph was the ferris wheel. So I will just enjoy yours. ;-) It's wonderful!
