I am posting my Scavenger Hunt pictures a little early this week because I have big plans this weekend and I have all my shots. I got all my shots for last week and never posted them... sigh. So this week I didn't want to miss out.
Okay here goes....
Sunset
This is a river down the street from our house. This sunset was amazing. I was so excited to capture some pictures of it. Since we live on the east coast it is usually hard to get any good sunset pictures, but this day it worked out just perfect. You can see my other sunset pictures here.
Sweet
This weekend we are having a huge hillbilly redneck style backyard BBQ. Our friend came over in his "Sweet" new truck to drop off corn hole boards, kegerator, and box for roasting a pig. Oh yeah did I mention hillbilly style party?!
Hanging Around
On Thursday while Tiny was at Summer Camp Brady and I went over to my parents farm for a quick visit. Brady had his etchasketch out in the field and the little baby alpacas were just hanging around checking out Brady's drawings. You can see other pictures from this day here.
Funny Face
I had a lot to pick from for Funny Face, but this one made me laugh the hardest. Brady was standing next to me telling Tiny to smile nice. I was trying to explain to Brady that I told Shea to make a funny face. Brady insisted he made a nice face. Tiny was so confused and this was his impression of a nice funny face.
Space
Does Outer "Space" count? I took this picture of the moon around eight at night. I am no pro photographer. I hardly know what Fstops to use, exposures, ect, ect. I rely on a lot of luck and constantly changing settings until it looks right. I like to check my histograms, but really I am terrible and knowing all the technical stuff. So I was stunned when I got this shot! My lens is for a 35mm camera and I bought it used. Apparently it is an oldie but a goodie.

These are all great shots, Andee! Gorgeous sunset and I love the paint job on the truck! Funny photo of Tiny in his socks! I love getting moon photos while the sky is still blue. Yours turned out fantastic!
LOVE space!! Wow! And I agree, living on the east coast makes sunsets harder, especially when I live in a small city and the sun sets over a hill!
