The "C" Family

I officially have my own business! Andee Fagan Photography & Fiber Arts. Well I have for a little while now.  I was going to redo my blog and make it look official, but well finding the time just hasn't happened. So lets just say my site in under construction for a little while, but we can celebrate in the mean time!

My major in college was photography. I never finished college and I began working for the family business (nothing to do with photography). On the side I have always enjoyed photography. But after 13 years of the same job I am getting very bored of it and photography and knitting have been sneaking into more of a day thing then just occasional. Knitting I have also done for at least 15 years as well as writing my own patterns. I clearing haven't gotten bored of that.  I am finding that the Photography & Fiber Arts are going together very well.

My kids are going to be in school full time starting next Fall and I'm hoping to have more time to say YES to all the people that ask me to take pictures for them. I also hope to release more and more knitting patterns. I would LOVE to be able to do the things I love and be able to spend more time with the alpacas on the farm. Oh and pay the bills of course. My fingers are crossed that I will keep going in the right direction. As my boss is reading this he is probably not sharing my enthusiasm.

I had such a fun time photographing the beautiful family above. Those boys were too adorable! I was very glad to be able to capture their family through my camera.

I have to work a few kinks out with some of my templates. I am loosing some quality when I upload the photos onto my blog. But like I said it is under construction. Hopefully by the Fall it will be smooth sailing! I'm not rushing things. I have a Summer to enjoy with my family and that is coming first.
