"It's too freezing out"

Two days ago there were two bald eagles on our backyard. Yesterday we went to their nest and we saw them flying together again, but once again I didn't get a picture. So today I figured third times a charm. I checked the sunset times. I thought a nice sunset shot of two bald eagles with a snow covered ground would be nice. I turned the car on to warm it up.  I told the boys to get their coats on. Brady protested "It is to freezing out." So we didn't go. Maybe tomorrow.

I am still working on my Leaves of Grass. I am loving this pattern and the knit along I am a part of.  I have met some great people over at Girls in Sheep Clothing...... and a few boys too!  My sister Leanne joined the KAL too so that is extra exciting.  It is nice to have another familiar face over there.

I have to take a quick break from my Leaves of Grass to get a few Birthday gifts knitted up.  But with a big snow storm in the forecast for Friday hopefully we'll get snowed in and I'll get some extra knitting time in!

ps- I just finished watching the first 7 episodes of Downton Abbey. I haven't checked, but I really hope there is a 2nd season.  If so I hope it is on Netflix soon!  Seven episodes were not enough.

Hello this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or
if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are actually three seasons! You should be able to find season two and three is airing now. Loving shawl. I am eager to see it done, but patient too. Fingers crossed for snow and eagles!

You kids are correct. It's freezing outside! ;-)

Though I've yet to get sucked into DA, I hear that Season Three is currently on PBS. I know my library has Seasons 1 and 2, though, I'm sure, there's a wait for them.

That is a beautiful pattern! And we love Downton Abbey here as well. The first 2 seasons should be available on netflix (you can also try hulu) and the third season just started a couple weeks ago and is on PBS.com :-) That is an easy show to get sucked into!

What fun to see bald eagles. We normally see a few around here but I haven't in almost a year. I hope they return soon.

Your Leaves of Grass is stunning. Wish a snow storm would come my way, the best to knit with.
