Skein #2 Ox

This is Ox. He is one of my parents alpacas.

The picture above I took of him last spring.  The yarn below is made from the fiber you see above.

This is my second skein of yarn I hand spun on my Ashford Traditional Spinning Wheel. I made this a 3 ply.  I love spinning!  I also carded lots of his fiber on our electric drum carder. I can't wait to spin it.  I think it is so cool that each year you get to shear them.  I can't wait to see how his fleece turns out this year.  He is such a cool guy.  Now I just have to decided what to knit this into???
