Anna's Home

Yesterday my friend Anna come to the farm with her two kids and mother.  We grew up together, but since graduating high school she has moved and lived all over the country.  Right now she calls Nevada home.  So I was so excited when she told me she was coming to town for a friend's wedding.  I have been following her blog for years so I have been keeping up to date with all of her daily life, but it was so fun to have our kids play together.  We headed to the farm and had a wonderful day.

Her son is the same age as my nephew and they showed off their bear crawling skills.  Her son showed off is ability to stand without holding onto anything. Chase was very impressed.

We played at the pond throwing rocks and looking for fish.  My sister Leanne was very excited to have a little girl to play with.  She has three boys, I have two boys and my younger sister is pregnant and having another boy.  So to have a girl around was very fun.

We sat on the porch at my parents house and I think the little boys left their mark.

We took a walk and had leaf races at the bridge.  Anna and I spent countless hours playing here when we were kids.

It was a really fun day and hopefully we'll get to have some more fun while she is in town.

What a fun day we had. I wish we lived closer so we could spend more days with you on the farm but one day is better than none so I will take what I can get!
